Explore Aberaeron Beaches and Coastline

Aberaeron is a town located midway between Aberystwyth and Cardigan, in Ceredigion, Wales. The town was planned and built around a new harbour in the early 1800s. Aberaeron does not have the typical architecture you would find in other local seaside towns but is based on classic regency-styled buildings and maintains much of its Georgian charm today.

The town has many great places to eat, independent shops and art/craft centres to explore. It makes a great location to base yourself with plenty of accommodation options, easy access to beaches, great walking and historical attractions to visit.
