Explore Margate Beaches and Coastline

Margate is a seaside town on Kent's North Foreland a chalk headland on the North Sea Kent coast. Margate has been a leading seaside resort in the UK in part due to it's close proximity to London. Margate's Old Town has a charming selection of places to eat, galleries, independent shops and cafes. These combined with a traditional seaside town give the town a must visit appeal. Other interesting items include the Harbour Arm, home to gallery and stylish spots to eat and drink and you also have the Dreamland theme park. Each year in late September Margate has it's annual jazz festival that attracts many top artists.
