Explore Whitstable Beaches and Coast

Whitstable is a seaside town on the north coast of Kent in south-east England and is around 1 and half hours from London. The town has shingle/sandy beaches flanking the picturesque harbour and plenty of roads and alleys to explore with boutique shops and art galleries and a selection of pubs, cafe and restaurants where fish, crabs and oysters are some of the favourites on the menu. Whitstable is famous for oysters, which have been collected in the area since Roman times and are celebrated at the Whitstable Oyster Festival in July. As well as Whitstable itself many more coatral opportunities exists including the coastal marsh and wildlife near Seasalter, that also has it very own Michelin Star restaurant.
