Aberdeen Lifeboat Station is one of the oldest in Scotland with the first being built on the North Pier in 1802. Fraserburgh lifeboat station was the first RNLI station in Scotland, established in 1858, although records show a private lifeboat operating since the 1830’s. Today the station operates an all-weather lifeboat. The station can be visited by appointment but does have a shop. Read more…
