Tal-y-bont beach is just outside a small village about five miles to the north of Barmouth and just south of the Morfa Dyffryn Site of Special Scientific Interest.
Facilities include parking, shops and food.
We have no current information on dog restrictions for Tal-y-bont Beach.

- Good: generally good water quality
- Sufficient: meets minimum standards
- Poor: You are advised not to swim. The beach will stay open and an action plan should be in place to improve the water quality.
