Abererch Beach (Gwynedd)

  • Information

Abererch beach is a 4 mile stretch of sand from Pwllheli to Pen-y-Chain headland. The sand can get a little muddy near to the Pwllheli marina and this stretch of the beach is known as Glan-y-Mor but as you head out towards Abererch and then on to the headland you get some good sand.

    Popular for sea fishing.

You have plenty of facilities at Pwllheli but access is a little difficult at Abererch if you are not staying at the beach front holiday park.
