Port Ellen Beach (Inner Hebrides)

Port Ellen is the largest town on the Isle of Islay and offers two sandy beaches either side of the rocky outcrop Rhuba Glas which is the harbour.

The beaches are within the main town on Islay and so lots of facilities are available and just a short walk from the ferries.
