Bostadh Beach has white sparkling sand and is located at the northern end of the island of Great Bernera. Bernera is connected to the Isle of Lewis by a bridge.
Bostadh beach, also known as Bosta Beach, is popular and has spectacular views of the nearby rugged islands of Little Bernera, Flodday, Bearsay and Campay.
Within the sand dunes besides the beach, you have an Iron Age settlement with a replica iron age house open to visitors during the summer months.
Bostadh Beach is dog friendly and allows dogs all year.
