Poppit Sands Beach
Poppit Sands beach is a sandy beach backed by sand dunes. Located on the west side of the Teifi Estuary this beach massively grows in size as the tide goes out.
You need to be careful of the strong currents by the river entrance.
Facilities include car parking, cafe, toilets and seasonal lifeguards.
