Explore Deal (Kent) Seaside, Coast and Beaches
Deal sits on the English Channel Kent coast at a point midway between Dover and Ramsgate. A seaside town with many independent shops, cafes and pubs sitting alongside a seafront with traditional English pier. The area has two King Henry VIII castles, Deal Castle, and nearby Walmer Castle that included The Duke of Wellington as a resident and now includes a museum of his life that includes an original pair of Wellington boots.
