Ballinskelligs beach is a sandy beach designated a Natural heritage area. The beach has the 16th century two storey unvaulted MacCarthy tower overlooking the Ballinskelligs Bay.
Ballinskelligs Beach is a Blue Flag Beach and has been awarded a regional Seaside Award.
