S.K.I.O.M (Sea Kayaking Isle of Man) has a relaxed friendly approach specialising in all aspects of sea kayaking from beginner โ experienced guided trips, rock hopping, rolling, tidal races, coaching, open crossings, circumnavigations and expeditions we have all the relevant BC awards to allow us to deliver these great experiences.
S.K.I.O.M are based in Port Erin but do explore most of the Isle of Man, sometimes enforced by the weather conditions. Destinations include; Port Erin bay, Port St Mary, Peel, Ramsey, Douglas, Laxey, Niarbyl, Cornaa, Port Mooar, Fleshwick bay, Port Soderick and Derby haven.
We also run pool sessions at Castletown swimming pool where we can cater for the beginner looking for a safe learning environment to the more experienced wanting to build up skills like rolling.
We enjoy nothing more than exploring beautiful coastlines by sea kayak and looking at the wildlife and amazing scenery.
