Ynyslas beach is a large sandy, dog-friendly beach. The Ynyslas Sand Dunes sit between the sea and the estuary beach, part of the Dyfi National Nature Reserve. The beach is great for walkers, families looking to play on the beach and within the sand dunes.
Swimming is unsafe due to the currents and if you want to enter the water you should walk down to Borth beach where swimming is safe, although Borth Beach has dog restrictions during the summer.
There is a Visitor Centre where you can learn more about the dunes’ flora and fauna.
Boardwalk paths, parking, and toilets at the visitor centre.
