Bonython Estate Gardens
Bonython Estate Gardens is located on the Lizard Peninsula miodway between The Lizard and Helston. The estate includes the walled garden, the potager garden, two magnificent lakes, the hot garden, the valley garden and also a plant shop and refreshments.
The gardens are open during the summer Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays.

Poldhu Cove is a fine beach in a sandy cove that has sand dunes. Lovely coastal walks and excellent views. The Poldhu Wireless Station (remains can still be seen) was where Marconi sent the first transatlantic wireless signal in 1901. Facilities include a beach car park and cafe.

Church Cove beach is a west facing sandy beach with rock pools. The name comes from a small church set below the low cliffs at the northern end of the beach and this has an unusual bell tower standing about 3 metres to the side of the church and cut into the cliffside. Porthgwidden Beach currently has 39 chalets which are available to hire on a weekly or seasonal basis. Located on the beach with views out over St.Ives bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse and Hayle beaches.
