Gwenver Beach

Gwenver is secluded and rarely gets crowded. Dogs are allowed all year on Gwenver Beach, making it an ideal beach for dog owners with some great walks along the cliffs with breathtaking views.

At high tide, the beach slopes steeply into the sea and can be hazardous, at low tide, Gwenver joins up with Sennen Beach.

It is a good surfing beach, but you need to be aware tide rips can cause problems, although there is a seasonal lifeguard service.

Seasonal car parking above Gwenver with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach whilst there is a small area for approximately 10 cars out of season.
