Harlyn Bay Beach

Harlyn Bay Beach is a good all-around family beach with great sand, a safe paddling beach, surfing, rock pools to explore and coastal walks.

Harlyn Bay is dog-friendly all year round.

Harlyn is near Padstow, to the east of Trevose Head, which means it is more protected than those on the west coast exposed directly to the Atlantic rollers, with another good beach option with a similar aspect being its neighbour Trevone Bay.

The Harlyn beach can get busy partly because it is what you expect from a Cornish beach.

Facilities at Harlyn Bay Beach include parking, a shop, toilets, lifeguards in summer and a pub nearby.
