Pedn Vounder Beach is sandy with the cliffs of Treryn Dinas. The eastern headland of the beach is the location of Logan’s Rock, a rectangular block of granite which can be rocked back and forth by one person.
If you are visiting, then it is worth checking tide times as at high tide, you don’t have any beach available.
The beach has no facilities and is not easy to get to as it is not close to any car parks, and the final descent from the cliff path requires some climbing down steep rocks at the western end. Pedn Vounder Beach is dog-friendly all year round, but you need to take care as the route down from the cliffs can be tricky.
