Pendower Beach
Pendower beach and Carne beach combined is a 1 mile sandy beach. The west part of which is Pendower Beach and east part Carne Beach.
Activities include swimming, diving, surfing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing.
Facilities include car park, toilets, cafe/shop and slipway onto beach.
Dog Friendly Beach?
Pendower beach has dog restrictions in the summer and in the winter only allowed on leads.

Tregothnan has been home to the Boscawen family since 1334. and has the largest historic botanical garden in Cornwall. In particular, Tregothnan began supplying Britain’s first homegrown tea in 2005. The gardens are set on a four-acre hillside that looks out to St Mawes Bay. The garden has a large sub-tropical collection and is laid out in a Mediterranean style with streams, bridges and water features.
