Penhale Sands Beach
Penhale Sands and Perranporth Beach form a three-mile stretch of excellent sand. The Atlantic-facing dunes at Penhale are a Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Penhale is one of the largest dune systems in Cornwall, spanning 620 hectares.
Penhale is less busy than Perranporth and is access from Perranporth or the car park ner the holiday park.
Facilities include parking, toilets and lifeguards in the summer months.
