Belhaven Bay Beach
Belhaven Bay Beach is a great beach to the west of Dunbar. The bay is a large rural flat sandy beach backed by sand dunes and grassy areas stretching from Belhaven on the outskirts of Dunbar to the mouth of the River Tyne.
Belhaven Bay is within the John Muir Country Park, and as well as the beach, you have some great walks through the dunes and Scots Pines.
Car parking and toilets are available at the Linkfield car park, but for facilities like shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants you must go into the nearby Dunbar.
Belhaven Bay Beach has been awarded a regional Seaside Award.
