Nympsfield Long Barrow
Nympsfield Long Barrow is the remains of a Neolithic burial site or barrow. It lies at the edge of a woods, and is now the location of a picnic site. Nympsfield is one of the earliest examples of a barrow with separate chambers, constructed around 2800 BCE.
