Huttoft Car Terrace is an unspoilt, sandy beach and dune system that sits just to the north of Moggs Eye Beach. The beach is known as Huttoft Car Terrace beach due to the car park practically being on the beach itself, although you need to be careful as the sand can be deep due to being blown around.
Facilities at the beach include car parking alongside the beach itself and toilets.
Dog Friendly Beach?
Huttoft Car Terrace Beach is dog friendly and allows dogs all year.
Water samples are taken at regular intervals during the bathing season and at the end of the season the water quality is classified as: - Excellent: the highest classification meaning the water is cleanest - Good: generally good water quality - Sufficient: meets minimum standards - Poor: You are advised not to swim. The beach will stay open and an action plan should be in place to improve the water quality.
