Hebridean Smokehouse
Hebridean Smokehouse produce local peat-smoked salmon and sea trout. The business is located on the Isle of North Uist, which is situated between the island of Lewis to the north and Barra to the south.
The smokehouse has been smoking locally reared and line-caught fish and shellfish for nearly 30 years and has an international reputation for some of the best smoked salmon in the world.
