Adnams Brewery

When visiting Southwold in Suffolk, there is no hiding from Adnams Brewery, and so for those over 18, the option of a brewery or distillery tour should not be missed.

The brewery is small, but the tour covers its history and the entire beer-making process as you wander through the operational brewery. The 90-minute tour finishes in the tasting room, where you get to try a broad selection from the Adnams cask, keg and bottle families.

In our visit, we then popped over the road to The Sole Bay Inn to try a few more.
