Grosvenor Museum
The Grosvenor Museum hosts a range of collections exploring the history of Chester, its art and silver heritage, and its natural history. Find out about life during the Roman military occupation and visit 20 Castle Street, the Museum’s period house with rooms from the 17th century to the 1920s.
Admission to the museum is free, however, we welcome donations.

The Town Hall is a listed building and built in banded pink and buff sandstone with a grey-green slate roof. The building is open on weekdays to the public when events are not being held, also run monthly tours and have annual open days.
