Cheshire sits on a plain between the hills of North Wales in the west and the Peak District to the east. Just to the north you have Merseyside and Manchester.

Cheshire has no beaches or spectacular coastline but we have listed as it provides a great location for surrounding coastal regions of North Wales and Merseyside. At its heart you have the historic town of Chester and then this is surrounded by great countryside.
