We have started to get some good weather, itโs the perfect time to get the whole family together to discover our coastline, the sights, seaweed smells and sounds of the waves. Whether youโre after things to do with the kids or an adult-only break, thereโs plenty to get stuck into.
The UK is home to some of the most beautiful and diverse coastlines in the world, although not the hottest of climates. Why not explore the nostalgia of the British seaside whether itโs the salty coastal walks, rock pooling, beachcombing, surfing for the brave or just sand between your toes.
Stroll along some of the countryโs most picturesque seaside towns and villages with their independent shops, cafรฉs, galleries and Victorian piers. If you want a good day out then the UK has a number of World Heritage Sites from burial sites and castles to long stretches of coastline like the Jurassic Coast.
